If you are fit and you have been working out consistently, the reason why ou are eating more is probably because your metabolism is burning faster. It could also be the foods you have been eating. If you eat junk food, you are more likely to eat more because the low nutrition value makes you hngry still. It could als be your mood. If you are bored, depressed, or nervous in any way, that could make you want to eat.

If you've started exercigin more often or for a longer period of time than before, then it's normal.

I go through the same thing. Here's the key: eat small portions, but eat often. Such as, 5-6 healthy, small meals per day. A meal/snack can be a banana and a glass of milk.

Just try to avoid eating late at night.

But again, yes...what you're going through sonuds completely normal.

Good luck.

It may just be what you are choosing to eat. Most carbohydrates just satiate you for say a half hour or so, then hunger comes back with a vengeance.

Next time you are hungry, before a meal, try a handful of peanuts (assuming you aren't allergic). If that kills satisfies your hunger for more than an hour, re-evaluate what you are eating. If it doesn't several other respondents have some other ideas.

Maybe all that workout is paying off finally? I think your threshold is getting higher and your body needs more food to burn into energy, hence the hunger pangs. Be careful not to overindulge in sweets or salty food though... then the growth you see will be just round the mid-section.
