What is the best time of day to record your weight loss or gain, Im on this diet and I have a weight tracker scale, but I need to know whats the best time of day to get the correct weight loss, cos I weigh myself in the morn and the night and its two different numbers...

First thing in the morning is best... it might be good to only weigh yourself once a week, because there are minor fluxuations from day to day, and you will see more of an average if you weigh week to week.

Chix_Mix - you seem to be getting too few calories if you are only eating 1,000. Your body is prone to go into starvation mode with that few. You should be eating at least 1,200 calories to get all the nutrients that you need. And, if you are working out and burning 1,500 calories a week, you probably need to eat at least 1,400 calories a day. I would highly suggest running your routine past a TRAINED PROFESSIONAL, not the Yahoo! Answers board, since that is an extreme diet.

Never weigh yourself every day. you will weigh less in the morning.and do to female cycles weight go's up and down at different times of the mounth.so if you are compelled to weigh yourself pick the same day of a week and check it.but don't get upset if it is a few pounds off either way this is normal.if your increasing your exersize remember musel weighs more that fat.

I weigh myself naked every morning right after bathroom but before drinking any water. Weight at night time varies depending on what you ate on that day.

well what i'm doing is that, as one of my new years resolutions, for the rest of the school year, i have to give up eating all junkfoods, fried foods, and fast foods and candies and other things like that. it's really working for me. i eat under 1,000 calories a day and i go to the gym every tuesday, thursday, friday, and saturday and burn between 300 to 500 calories. i'm losing weight this way. you should try it! good luck!
