i am a 13 year old and REALLY want to look good 4 the summer or b4. Do you know any place 4 me 2 go that isnt that expensive????

but anyways. what i do is in every period i do 10 crunches, sit ups or some other exercise , and then increase the amount i do every week. it's been giving me a lot of results, andyou don't hae to go to the gym or anything! it's real

There are no inexpensive places to go. The healthiest and most fun place is Weight Watchers. You can either go to meetings or join online.

you don't have to go anywhere...just eat less and you'll lose the weight.
