Not sure what the web address is, but you do have until January 31st to get it. Your employer is required by LAW to have them in the mail by that date!

If you can see it online via Subway call them up and ask how. There is no other website that shows random places people their w2, not any at all ok. If you have your last paycheck from last year, you can use that data to do your taxes, but wow you sure waited a long time. Ok so I reread what you put, do you have your last paycheck, and the dates are in dec, use that and hope its correct. Then work on getting the proper one. Call the main subway office, if that company you mentioned has closed down, and ask how to get this info. Do state too, state is not free, so do the fed online via www.irs.gov using the link to free efile, and then go through and if you need to stop and save, reenter only from the irs site to make sure they do not charge you.

There probable isn't one.
Subways are franchised and as such are each independently owned.
