Gurl watcha need to do is get remi weave it may be expensive but it last for about 2 months but with all weave you need to treat it like your natural hair if you don't it would get messed up fast.

The only time you will need to worry about sweating is 1. when the hair is glued in and 2. when your hair (mainly at the front) starts to get wavy from being wet. As long as its sewn in it should not be a problem.I work out with my sew in all the time.
You should also consider micro-braids. The give almost the same look as a sew in but they are secure as braids and last really long.

just put you hair up the same way you would before you go to sleep, silk scarfs usually do the trick, and make sure that you purchase good long lasting weave.
