how many calories would u estimate there in a lettuce salad with just the potato salad DRESSING not the potatos with it..?

The dressing is about 140 calories minus the negative caloric value of lettuce (which takes slightly more calories do digest then it has hence why it's negative calorie). Realistically, though, about 120 calories would be a guess.

In addition, you might want to try making your vegetables more tasty (by, for example, cooking them in a bit, but not much, olive oil, and seasoning them with spices). That's a good deal healthier than anything with dressing and still quite tasty.

In two cups of salad, just leafy greens, it's about 35 calories. Potato salad dressing is mayonaise and mustard as far as I know. I'm not quite sure what you mean by dressing. It would depend on what it's made up of. If it is mayo based then you can count on 90 calories for a tbsp. I hope that helps.

salad is like eating 0 calories. the dressing is the tough part. if there isnt too much sugar or fat in it, then it probably wont be too high in calories. it also depends how much dressing you use. usually 1 tablespoon is considered a serving. (i know thats soo small)

I am not sure... If you are on a diet , then weight watchers might be able to help you! Alot of people I know say that it works for them
