There aren't any. At least none that are legal in the US. Are you sure it's epinephrine you're looking for?

Oops... now I know what you're talking about. You want Primatene Mist. "Each inhalation delivers 0.22 mg of epinephrine." It's not a nasal spray though, it's an inhaler.

Its the one thats the gel, I think nasonex might be. Also, if you dont know, Epinepherine is fake adrenaline with same effects as in Crank, a real good film. Dont get your hopes up, though, it contains very, very little, and you will look very suspicious. INSTEAD, buy some epiPens or Twinjects, epinephrine cartridges used in case of allergy attack to revive the person. You can get them without a prescription off the internet.

That is one of the drugs that has been taken off of the market in all forms in the US. So the answer for the US would be none.

Why would you want this in your nose? REALLY talk to your doctor about this before putting such a stimulant as adreneline in your nose... even a little bit really speeds you up.
