I know what you mean hun,i`m in the same situation here.
I miss him being around although i know it`s well and truly over, you can only try twice after that it`s done i guess.
Unfortunately it`s because we miss them and i don`t know about you but miss havin someone to laugh with and share the odd joke with.
It will get easier with time, well so every1 keeps saying.Unfortunately i`m never going to be totally rid as i`ve got a child with my ex.

You've probably come down from a "High" of sorts while you were talking with him, and now you're not any more. Any personal loss we suffer needs to be mourned, even a short-term relationship when it ends. Find something you enjoy to occupy yourself with until another special someone comes along. You'd be amazed at how fast the time will pass then.

It's natural to feel a sense of loss and loneliness if you're used to talking to someone all the time and on a regular basis. You must try to fill in those gaps with other people in your life, hobbies and interests. Then, it won't seem as bad if you're occupied. With some time, you will eventually get over it.

WHO IS HE?
I am going to assume it's your ex so I will say it's because you miss him.
