I just found out recently at my gym that if you are doing abdominal exercises (i.e. sit ups) and you are not holding your muscles tight while exercising them, you are wasting your time. If you do abdominal exercises correctly, you don't need to do alot of them to have a fast effect. You can just tighten and release them while you are sitting (or standing) doing nothing and it will start to improve your waistline.

eat less sugar, less carbs, and eat high fiber do abs you should see results but for faster do cardio it helps alot~~
