If I am supposed to have 5 servings of vegetables a day,
and I put 5 servings of raw veggies into my juicer and drink the juice…

Did I get my daily vegetable requirements?

I know I don’t get the fiber, but I was hoping to get my fiber through fruits, legumes and grains.

Thank You

Juices will have lots of vitamins. Make it fresh when you're ready for a drink. Some nutrients begin to be lost if you store it for a later date. Grocery store, pasteurized juices, don't even compare to fresh juicing. And yes, those other foods will provide fiber.
