It is one thing to "feel the burn" while your working out. But if you actually have an injury or a problem where it continues to hurt and isn't just simply "sore" anymore than you may have a bigger issue. Such as something could be pulled, or out of place, etc. If those are the case..you should stop all working out until you find out what the problem is for sure. If you continue to work out and its pulled, or torn or anything else you will cause yourself many more problems than what you already have. You should probably see if your parents will take you to the dr to get it checked out, or if you play sports or weight lift at school have the sports aide people or whatever they're called look at it. In the end having it checked out should be #1 priority and in the future be a little more careful about how you do things. While your at the dr, its also a good time to talk to him/her about what type of workout is good for your age, weight, health history, etc. Good luck! :)

Ok,

yeah im 14 to and i do the same thing but i think that you should just low the wieght a little and do it every other day it is better for you if you have breacks in bettween days.
what i do is one day i bench do curls and stuff for the upper body then the next day i run and do stuff for my torso and legs and switch back and forth like thats so one part of my body has a day to rest and i still am working out and dont loose intrest.

Hope that helps.

work-out exercises are better if you do it 5-6 x a week, so you can give your muscles 1-2 days rest, REST to your muscles is important so that you will not have DELAYED ONSET MUSCULAR SYNDROME (DOMS) meaning its Pain you feel after 1-2 days of workout.

in your case you exercise TOO MUCH. you are still young, no need to hurry making your body look nice.

Your back is aching due to your BAD POSTURE during your workouts.

please see an Orthopedic doctor so he can advice you to have an x-ray of your LOWER BACK AREA. with this mean he can diagnose and rule-out the CAUSES of your BACK PAIN.
