Then get him a freind , like him. A jack russel terrior would give him a good work out.Any small dog is usually playful...Good luck.

Check the local shelters and bring home the one that catures your heart. When you want a dog, shop for the dog, not the breed.

A Lhasa Apso, since they are small and very calm dogs. They are good in apartments!

Me personally, i have a very rare breed. My little girl is very affectionate, she loves to play, she is fun, and everybody who sees her starts laughing. She is hairless chinese crested. She weights only 8 lbs. That the breed we are going to stick with.

i suggest getting a shih-tzu. they are very playful and rough at times but can be sweet too!!!! And on the plus side.... their super adorable!
