I do not want to wait to season this. Each log is about 8 to 12 inches wide and about 3 to 15 feet long. I was planning on building a vacuum chamber and actually sucking out the water. Though a huge drying kiln would probably work but might dry the wood out to quickly. How about a large radar range to dry the wood from the inside out? What about creating a large structure to put the logs in that placing huge fans with louvers on all 4 sides, to speed season the logs and automatically close on the side rain or moisture may be coming from so as not to reintroduce moisture onto the logs. What about some compound that could be injected into each log that would either dry or wick away moisture at a low cost?

I must dry 5000 linear feet of logs in a weeks time or less. Seasoning the logs is not an option by air drying them outside... need new technology.

Like the old fashioned saw mills did it: On a few cross timbers, lay out the timbers side by side with an air gap between. Use lath strips across the top of the first layer. Lay another layer of the timbers. Add another group of the lath strips across that layer, then add more timbers, etc. etc. Let the air dry the timbers. It will take several months to do the drying, but is the most effective way to get thorough drying. Don't worry about the rain unless you live in a 40" a year area. The rain will dry off quickly and will help remove unwanted sap from the timbers.

If your logs are round or square at 8-12 inches diameter or each side, and green wood, you don't have a chance of getting them dried in a week.
Kiln drying is the fastest Way down in the the link it says that very large, high temp (250F) commercial kilns can dry planks in a day, but only with selected woods.
