Well as well as they can, since the goverment does not support the mental health authoriteis, and the president would like to just shut them down, cause he say it is all in their head. Yea i tryed to get his email to let him know what i thought of that. The state has to give the money to the people who are treating anyone with mental illiness, and they really don't want to do that. So state would proably be better at it. Even the hospitals, have changed on what they can treat, and they can not really counslel you anymore cause of the state laws, and goverment laws, and the money cut backs. So i would have to say they are doing the best that they can, with what they are given. So we really need to thank the people that keep in this profession and keep trying to help others, even with the cut backs going on.

I suppose they are handling it the best they can under the circumstances with counselling hours being almost halved at doctor's surgeries and waiting lists growing longer and longer. There will be serious re-percussions, for one thing, the suicide rate will increase enormously over the next 5 years unless the government realise that mental health care is important. It's a shame that just when mental health issues are becoming more acceptable by society as a whole, the government see fit to throw a spanner in the works, as is the norm...
