ok my friend morgan met this guy at a lock in and he has a friend. His friend really liked me when she showed him my picture! That So he called me tuesday night and we have been talking ever since. i really want to meet him like bad! he is very thoughtful but sometimes he makes me mad! Like he lives 45 mins. away from me and he wants to take me to a movie .. but whenever i say when do u wanna go and of course he will tell me the date wen he wants to go. but everytime we schedule it the next day he has something to do! it makes me sad + upset .. cuz just talking to him gives me the butterflys and i really like him! i am soooo confused! OK, just my opinion...the reason he reschedules is that he is SO....nervous and excited too!!! So instead of a movie, suggest a shorter more neutral visit...Hey lets meet at the mall for a coke...I don't know try whatever sounds really boring for a first contact..make it short..and make it non-committal..leave it open ended and don't come on too strong.. It will be great but you can't force it..remember he is just as excited and nervous as you.

Lol...its okay clueless, most guys do this when they kinda like a girl too. He's got more butterflys than you do, so don't be in a rush. He sounds like a good guy...be patient, and he'll come around. Remember though, 45 minutes away, means that he has to drive back 45 minutes away too. Might be kinda late after a movie. I dunno...be patient, and like any other guy, he'll come around. :)

dear clueless; sounds like he is scared to meet you and maybe you wouldn't like him; have you seen a pic of him? he might not be so attractive. If he was really ugly would you like him?
think about it and talk to him about it. What makes him so attractive to you?
Does he have something to hide? like a another girlfriend or has he been in trouble? what about your parents do they know about him and have they met him? Something is not quite right here: be very very cautious! God bless and look at his pic and ask mutual friends about him. sometimes friends have diff rent taste than we do.. God bless and be good!

He might feel the same way you do. He might be nervous. Or he might just really like talking to you on the phone, and too scared to meet you in person. Just give it some time.

i think maybe he already has a gf and he is trying to get away from her,so he sets a date with you but shes not letting him out of her sight so he cant keep the date.even though you like him it might be best to find someone else.sorry

Girl, that why I don't do long distance relationship but from your story it sound like he is just having fun with you because if he really like you he will make a date with you no matter what.....
