Not cured ham, but pork... it tastes and smells funny after being reheated in the nuker! Any theories?
Am I the only one who notices this?

I think it's due to the fat content. I agree, it is nasty in the microwave.

Because microwaves heat it up and remove water I believe from it. Also it's been in the fridge so it might've had moisture removed and nothing's ever the same if it isn't fresh.

I agree...I don't care HOW you re-heat it, it tastes awful.
