If you're in the U.S., you can always ask the lottery agency to keep yourself low-profiled (no press conference, no celebration cake, etc.).

Choose the lump sump payment to minimize your connection with the winning, and deposit the whole amount in a Swiss bank account which can't be accessed by anyone but you.

I don't believe there is a law that says your name has to be made public. I'm guess you sign a disclosure to let them use your name and photo.

I discussed this with a lawyer friend a few year ago (in the event I ever won - not yet). DO NOT TELL ANYONE! Once you tell a second person, it is no longer a secret. He suggested making sure the ticket gets signed, make copies front and back. Then put it in a safe deposit box with some other bogus important papers. Get finances in order.

Create a trust and have the lawyer claim the winnings for you in the name of the trust you set up. Guessing the name of the trust would be used without linking your actual name to the winnings. How you would pay taxes and get the actual money? You would have to work it out with your attorney.

Sounds like you already won. Congratulations! Good luck.

Where i am from your name and look is printed and televised. But there is no law that says you can't change you look for the public. Wear a wig. Wear glasses if you don't wear. Get creative with make-up. Add a mole to your face, daub a few freckles. Can also add some facial hair if you don't have. And wear something out of the ordinary that no ones you would not be caught dead in.
Hope this helps if you win.
