It would be nice to have our government invest in something peaceful for a change. God knows billions are going into killing people everyday to make the war profiteers rich.

our government has invested in things like drugs, (see air america,) land swindles (see every land deal with indians) etc etc etc........ so why not invest in something as harmless as art.

why not? they've screwed everything else up.
on second thought, no i don't want them telling me what i can and cannot paint, or sculpt.
