I posted a question awhile back in regards to a white woman dating a black man, and since found out that he was a liar! I found out before things got serious or before I even met him, is it safe to tell my boyfriend that I was once curious but now that is completely erased and I have no interests in dating outside my race and that it never went further than phone conversation..

why am I racist because I want to stick with white men? Don't and aren't people entiteled to date whom they want? If that is my preference than so be it..I didn't state that others that arent white are bad, I just said that curiosity is done..

Well, personally, I like do date white women. On the other hand, my cousin likes to date black women. (shrugs) whatever floats your boat I suppose. There is a difference between dating a specific race because that's what you find attractive and avoiding dating a specific race because you don't find that attractive.
Heck, in my apartment complex, my two closest neighbors - hang out quite a bit with these happily married couples (white woman/black man with kids both of them).
I don't however think its a good idea to conclude its bad to date black guys in general based on your experience, nor do I think its a good idea to conclude its good to date black guys based on how my neighbors are. How about dating a guy and judging the guy as an individual? Isn't that the point of dating in the first place?
I do think however that a white girl that only dates black guys is going to be considered open minded were as a black girl that only dates white guys is going to be considered a racist - seen it happen - seen it happen. I've never seen my neighbors have any major issues with it, but a white guy friend of mine and his black wife get **** and dirty looks from white girls and black guys where ever they go - been out on the town with them.
That tells me exactly which white girls I don't want to date or even talk to and which black guys are not worth my time.
Don't shoot the messenger - shoot the message itself by addressing it rather than feeding the problem.

I don't kiss and tell. you shouldn't phone call and tell. its not any ones business. Its good to stay with your kind. it keep s things simpler and the mixed children wont be hurt with society's views on that.so why tell anyone?I just excepted blacks. till every darn one I trusted hurt me.by lieing , cheated. stole. and burned my home downbecause I caught a man robbing my home and shot him and he came back and lit my home. the bastard..been robed kicked till my ribs broke punctured my lung God .I could write for an hour about them.their not to be trusted a black preacher cheated me of over 1000 dollars once,not every other one, but EVERY last black person I had around me at work .church. neighborhoud .street. did some weird strange hurting things to me,I let a black guy live with me till he got a job he stole my dishs.I have had to kick so many black peoples arses . DONT TRUST THEM. they will not only cheat and steal they will kill you. I have had to shoot 3 of them for far in my life.and i am only 52.boy these people answers seem weird.you happen to mention you dated a black guy and your now a racist?I asked a question about ****** and caucasians and just because I said ***** I was attacked like the animals they are.That is proper to use negroe race, or ******* race. and people will actuall kill you over it.try it.i have my guns and know how to fight.you wont to act like an animal for a word thats used in dictionarys then it shows that people are animals and desearve what they get.all that just fuels my rage ,when I didnt mean anything, just like you didnt mean anything by mentioning he was black.it looks like most people here are on drugs.to attack you like this and me also. for saying negroe. most people know that there ******.just shows my point about them being animals in nature.to ignorant accept facts and ignore reality,all someone has to do now day s is just bring up a person race at all. no matter what you say hey you said a persons race we cant have that. god almighty what idiots.

There are liars and cheats in all races my dear, so dont come on here trying to demonize Black men.
Nine times out of ten its the 'curious' white women who do all of the running any way.

I am not a white man, but regardless... If your boyfriend does not already know about the situations why even bring it up? I mean, its ok to be curious, but if you tell him you had thoughts of moving on, and to a slight degree acted on it by calling the other guy, he may flip out.

The past is the past. As long as you weren't doing it while in a relationship with him he does not need to know. You can tell him if you want if that will make you feel better but they way you make it sound I am sure he would not be bothered by it. Everyone gets curious now and then.

That is your decision not to date out side your race.I respect that. I don't know the mind of your boyfriend,how he will react if he knows you cheat on him for curiousity to test a black man.So he is a liar,I assure you it has nothing to do with his color,a white,yellow,brown man can lie too.A woman who base the character of a person on his color has a very narrow mind.
