Sorry Carey, but it's all in your genetics. Blame your parents if you want. I don't think you can grow that much unless you get a growth spurt. Good Luck though.

Unless you have some extreme growth spurt which would be very painful as well (I did it one time .. not fun and the extreme growth left horrible stretch marks from my shoulders because my skin couldn't keep up with my bones), you can not grow that much by June realisticly. Eating does not help you get taller. It's whatever your bodies speed is. If you are meant to be that tall you will be, let your body grow how it's supposed to. I'm sure you'll get pretty close to that by the time you stop growing if you let nature take its course. Just remember, models aren't perfect. Be yourself, it's the best way. Oh, and being taller isn't all it's cracked up to be ... I'm 5'11" and being tall has it's down sides too. Don't worry, you will grow some more!

It really depends on your parents' height..but really, if you're 14 and you're 4'11, I don't think you can even get 5'7 someday. I'm 5'6 and I'm 14 in a week and I'm already as tall as my dad, so genetics does play a big role in your height. The doctor says I can get at around 5'9 someday, so I'm assuming that by 14 years old you are within a few inches of your adult height. So, I can say that you can get no more than 5'5.(Unless your growth spurt is delayed)
If you really want to get taller, play some basketball. (i mean alot) Drink more milk, exercise more. Don't workout-it'll stunt your growth. Anyways, have hope!

yoga to stretch out the muscles. Eat very healthy (check www.diabetes.org for a really healthy menu that's good for everybody - not just diabetics) and drink lots of water.
Use heels that are comfortable for the feet. Don't go overboard on your weight or the weight will bring down your height but don't under-eat either because, seriously, nothing is worth the medical issues you'll get from doing that!
Try a different, poofier hairstyle that can give the illusion of height. Don't wear horizontal stripes!!!!!! Only vertical ones to give the illusion of height.

Since you are still 14, you'll probably grow another 5 inches if you're lucky. It IS all in your genetics. My dad is the tallest of his 4 brothers and he says that it's because he played basketball and they never did (jumping and stretching your legs). I'm 19 and 4'11, it sucks, but my husband can pick me up.

Like everyone else said, if your fourteen and you've already gotten your period than ten to one your just about done growing. I wouldn't expect much more hieght than what you've already got, unless of course both your parents are tall and were a bit late getting their growth.
I'm sixteen and 4'11 3/4 and I haven't grown since I was twelve. Being short is cool, it makes me unique. All you tall people... pfft...

You're only going to be as tall as what's written into your DNA. It IS genetic. If you're intended to be 5'3" that's what you'll be. If you're supposed to be 5'10" that's what you'll be. The best thing you can do for yourself is exercise and eat healthy foods. You'll look your best at any height if you'll do that and limit junk foods.

eat foods with calcium/vitamin D such as milk/cheese but be aware of consuming too much because it might fatten you up.also do chin-ups on the monkey bars and try doing at least 500 jumping jacks per day.you can divide them into 50 at a time per hour so that you won't tire out.if that doesn't work, wear 6 inch platform shoes.good luck!
