I am getting anoyed with this situation & really need to know if I am right or paranoid
One night over the xmas holidays, I heard things being thrown @ my window, when I went to the door (followed by my 5yr old child) I opened it & an old friend was trying to smash my window with my C bike & a stool, her hsbnd was standing @ my gate keeping watch for her. No objects worked; she was drunk & the stool top hit; not the legs, the bike just hit the bricks at the side of the window. It took ages to get her out the yard, she shouted & contd 2 throw things rund
We fell out in november. However her husband is the caretaker at my C school ( I am also a govenor there) my C no's the bike broke coz of her & mentions it all the time, I rung the head on the 1st day back & she said she would 'just change subject if child talked bout it' but there is only 11 kids in school, ctaker & my C see each other lots thru the day, C no's he was there coz he was shoutin @ me 2, Should he have done this

in front of my C, with him being a member of staff @ school, shouldnt the head of 'discussed with caretaker' or 'slapped his wrists', or something or is the head correct to just change the subject with my C; I have a feeling she already knew before I told her in the morning, but I felt disopointed that 'nothing' has been done, (2 parents once tried to smash 1 anothers windows & head had loads of meetings & booked mediation with them. I feel like this has been swept under carpet, I also know CT steels supplies from school from when I spoke to wife, I told her he had to stop or I wud report, but if i mention it now, will they just say I am being petty, or will I just wait till we do our next budget & query the rise in cost of supplies?????? I am more concerned bout it (windows) being brushed under carpet thou??? please let me know if Im being paranoid

in reply to the POLICE reply, I did try to call the police but; my friends (her friends too) were in my house at the time too & they convinced me not to, saying I was stupid if I did, I totally regretted it nxt morning, but family member said it was too late. She hasnt been back to say sorry (has told every1 she feels awful for doing it & will say sorry, shes after sympathy vote I think) so I think theres more to come.!!!
Im in the house with my 3 kids alone & sleep (the little I get) down stairs, incase she comes back,

That is appalling! No you are not being paranoid it is very wrong! You have your childrens' safety to think of as well as your own. I can't understand why someone could behave so out of control and especially in front of your child! Can you take your child out of the school? It's sounds as though the head is scared of these people, can you not take it higher? Calling the police would have been the right thing to do at the time why on earth did they talk you out of it!

You need to sort this out or your child is going to be affected - you say that it is only a small school - but this does not matter - you have the following recourse:
Talk to the head again and demand that some action be taken that will satisfy you.
If this is not taken seriously report the Head to your local Education Department - include examples of how your child is being affected - it might also be interesting for the Education Boards to do an Audit on costs at school - if there is theft they will find it due to the higher costs per pupil being incurred
Get hold of Crimestoppers or local police and report CT for theft BUT demand anonymity unless person found guilty then you would be willing to testify - they would do a search of their property
Inform Police and ask for advice from them in regards to the Vandalism - most likely they will ask for you to set up a CCTV system - I would go for this the cost starts from around £30 for a simple system.
Good luck

For the life of me, I cannot figure out why you had people trying to vandalize your home and did not pick up the phone and call the police. If these people were ever your friends, they wouldn't have behaved like a couple of juvenile delinquents. I would have had them arrested and pressed charges. Then the man would have been fired or at least suspended from his job and you'd have no problems now. Since you know who did cause the damage it's still not too late to notify the authorities and press charges.

well first of all i know how you feel.i have annoying neighbors though they have tryed to kick my husbands butt a few times coming to my front door and asking us to step outside.well it got so bad that they're daughter kicked my daughter in the face. well i realized the police doesn't help ive called them 5 times and there's nothing they can do about it. so i took matters in my own hand set up a surveillance cam. and caught them and used it as evidence against them. if i was you sweetie i would have a talk with the board of education and demand they do something about it or you will file charges against the school. but the easiest thing to do is to remove your kid and go else where. but ill pray for you no matter what your decision may be .may god bless you and your family.good luck!!!!

you're precise to be worried. i'm able to inform you truthfully that you son has a 10+ month delay. i might want to look better in direction of a motor-making plans speech delay than autism. I really have a 13 12 months previous with PDD ( really uncomplicated on the autism spectrum) and he did not talk till 22 months previous, yet then he stuck up straight away, I have a three.5 12 months previous who purely suggested 10 words up till 27 months previous. With my 3 12 months previous i began asking the overall practitioner about his speech at 18 months previous and changed into informed to provide him time. At 24 months i changed into skipped over even although there changed into obviously an issue. i actually got here upon out about our close by early intervention software. that's a federal software, so each and every state has some version. surely you want to call them and tell them you're anxious about your son's speech progression. they're going to both have you ever flow to an open screening, or come out on your position to guage him. once they see that he does certainly have a delay they're going to set up for him to be certain a speech therapist for a better wide evaluation. she will be able to type of "play" with him and ask him questions and observe what he "says" and make her decision from there. she will be able to also reccomend what number remedy training he needs weekly. In my son's case he changed into allowed 2 30-minute training per week. EI also paid for a collection of signal language DVDs for him to stumble on the thanks to signal till the words got here. We ordered a collection called "signing time" that changed into tremendous. interior per week he changed into signing uncomplicated words to get his element throughout the time of. interior 3 months he had a 50+ note, 50+ signal vocabulary. interior 4 months he changed into starting up to speak in complete sentences.

PLEASE DO THIS FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR CHILD AND REMOVE HIM/HER FROM THE SCHOOL!! And Move if need be from the WACKED OUT PEOPLE! Why didn't you call the cops? These people sound like complete and utter psychos! I would not let my child anywhere near them. If you can't get him removed, pull your child out of that school immediately. What kind of people are they anyway??? Nuts!!
