I gave one of my extremely poor friends, whom I love very much, a one hundred dollar bill and told him that he can spend it however he wants, if he spends the hundred dollars on stuff for me, I won't do anything to him, but if he spends even one penny of the hundred dollars on something for himself, I will physically torture him for the rest of his life.

What it would make you is extremely self centered and highly ignorant! One could say evil if you would actually do what you claim.
Given the metaphoric nature of the question it would mean if the bible stories of this God are true then he is hands down the single most evil being that this world HAS NEVER SEEN!!!

You can forgive him, but you won't forget it, since now he has to gain your trust, perhaps in the long run, he too will learn out of it, I bet he will make it up to you some day.
