Ok, so I've asked,like, three questions about TJ. And here's another one. Why does it hurt when he says he loves me? Like if he leaves a message on my phone. He always says "i love you" before he hangs up. And I almost cry after it. I don't know why. I just do. Could it be because one of my guy friends said he cheated on me the last time we went out? I don't know what to think. I can't even say it back when we're talking over the phone or in person. Is that supposed to be a sign he's not the right guy?

i do believe that you still love him & concern about your relationship w/ him....
maybe you just fear to accept that you really doubt the things he said to you ("i love you")... again, you want to feel the confidence of his love for you. sadly, you never feel that he loves you the way he does before, that's why you were hurt everytime you hear that.
girl, you have to talk to him... tell him honestly what you feel, the things you are afraid of, maybe he do really cares & love you still but you just mistook the things you heard fr your friend... communication is one of the best things to save the relationship. goodluck!

i think u hurt because u not sure that u love him! or maybe u do love him but u scared of love ! ive had friends come up 2 me and ask me the same question! maybe talk 2 him about it ask him how he feels and then u tell him how u feel and so on and maybe that will help yall to figure out if yall are right for eachother or not hope this helps!

BUT
if you can't say it back then he's not the right guy. Move on.
Yes it is possible to truly love the wrong person.
I do.
But you have to move on and live your life without any more than friendship. If you truly love him then you will find the strength to do what's best for both of you and move on.

Perhaps you don't feel the same towards him. Think about what you want out of a relationship. Does he qualify? If you can't answer a sure yes then he probably isn't what you want. You have to rid yourself of the old in order to make way for the new.

There is something get at you about TJ. You can't have a truly healthy relationship with this on your mind. Either you can try to discuss your problem with him or let him go.
