In Crouching Tiger they ran on leaves and fought in the trees and things of that nature....

But she believes in a story about a Jesus and his buddy Peter walking on water.

I just ask which story is less realistic.

"CTHD" is a movie of a few years ago seen by a relative few. I've never seen it nor do I know if it was even intended to be a true story or not. The Bible which contains the story of Jesus and Peter walking on water has been read and believed by countless billions the world over for over 2000 years. You make the call. As for Tom C's opinion how would he be able to say that Jesus(who he admits to be a devine entity) could or could not preform such an act. Further if he believes Jesus to be a devine entity(The Son of God) why would you also believe that he is a liar? After all the Bible says he walked on water not on a bridge just under the surface of the water. You saw the movie...I suggest you read The Book.....with an open mind and an open heart.

I think from the standpoint of actually doing the special effects, walking on water would be easier to do than the jumping and leaping and flying about in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

The tiger was hard to spot, and I never did see the dragon.

One could point out that the Chinese movie was not the basis for any religion. Chinese religions are not much into miracles.

both, the walking on leaves part, not believable, even a divine entity however would have weight and fall through the water, note the fact that he weighed something at burial. also, it was common practice to build bridges that were just under the water so as they would not wash away during heavy rains
