I have been dieting for about 2 months now and so far i lost 25 pounds. This weekend I treated myself because I felt that I deserved it. I looked in the mirror and my stomach looks about 3 inches bigger and I gained 7 pounds. Its ridiculous! I was 148 on thursday, now its sunday and I'm 154. And my friend says she can tell that my stomach got bigger. I didn't even eat that bad, all i had was some chinease food and i just had some cake, and probably a little over the portion size.

You wouldn't gain permanent weight that fast. It could be water weight, maybe from something salty or an oncoming visit from Aunt Flo. I'm sure it's only temporary and that if you make a habit of eating healthy foods (NOT starving yourself) you weight will balance itself out.

Too much salt and constipating foods. Salt make you hold on to a lot of water for at least 3 days. Don't worry a lot of it is probably temporary.
That or you have been losing muscle lately and now your body is regaining the muscle it's been losing.
Either way, don't worry. it is probably not way as bad as it seems. Just drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, that should fix the problem.

That's because you've been "dieting". If you just ate healthy, exercised, stopped any junk food, sodas and fatty foods, your body wouldn't react like that.

When you say "treated" yourself, was it one icecream cone...or the whole gallon???? There is treating yourself reasonably. When you go overboard, you ruin all your hard work. Try thinking of rewards in healthy terms, how about a better choice than sweets or fatty things?

I suspect it is the Chinese food.
If you have been dieting, you have possibly cut down on salt, which is something that retains fluid. Chinese food is FULL of salt, and it probably caused you to retain every bit of liquid you drank with it. Get back onto the diet and you should lose that 7 lbs quickly.

Trick to the diet- give up pop, including diet pop, all together.

You will be 20 pounds lighter in a year. Avoid hard candy, too.

Two months is not enough. You need to look at tit as a lifestyle change not as a diet.

you gane weight easy like me but I loose it easy 2 i weigh 108 play sports have fun eat healthy and dont starve your self or do the pills they dont work

It might be fluid retention.You also could be bloated as per pms symptom.
