I am not sure this will help you, but my palms are red, red, red. They veer to purple when they are very cold. There is actually a line on the outer side of my hand where the red stops. People notice and some ask what's wrong with your hands.? What a great feeling that is, grrrr. In fact, years ago a DOCTOR (my son's pediatrician) asked me "Why are your hands so red? You generally see that in pregnant women and alcoholics..." I was neither, but I was too young and stupid (embarrassed) to press him for any more info or help. I do think my circulation is not the greatest and my skin is very sensitive. Good luck!

Are you cold?? If this has just started happening you should see a doctor right away. You could have some sort of a blockage preventing oxygen from getting to your hands as it should. Your body automatically will make sure oxygen gets to the most important parts of your body such as your brain & heart and it will deprive other parts such as your hands & feet. If for some reason this is happening you need to know why.
Another reason could be carpul tunnel. Do you have pain in your wrists or swelling?? Carpul tunnel can cause the blood flow to be restricted to your hands.
