vinetian plaster walls is somewhat labor intense, follow instructions on lable with the two thin coat process, sand with fine (400-600 grit paper) and polish with a blade
buffing can work if you are careful, this meathod can leave swirlies in the work that will not be attractive.
top the works off with a copper gilt ceiling with a light acid wash and lacquered (or varnished) and you have a room that is smashing.
