Clairol.com used to have a good program, I'm not positive they do or not anymore. I used to have this good program that I bought somewhere a while ago. Maybe eBay has a product like that.

Yes. You can go to google and type in free virtual makeovers and it will show you some sites. Then u will need to upload your photo so you can try on different hairstyles.
