It sounds like you may have a condition called Restless Legs Syndrome. I have this, and I take a medication called Requip. I suffered for months before I knew what caused this. Please see your doctor about this, you will be surprised at how easily this can be resolved! Good luck to you, I hope everything works out!

It sounds to me (I am not a professional) like you have a pinched nerve. You also could have a slipped, protruding, herniated or ruptured disk which is impinging the nerve. Do some research on line about nerve impingement. You need to contact a physician to find out if you can get some help through medication, physical therapy, massage, exercise or surgery.
Several of your answers have said that you have RLS (Restless leg syndrome). RLS does NOT cause pain and pulling in the lower back. RLS has become more well known because the pharmaceutical company has started showing commercials to sell it. That is not what you have.
Do NOT go to a chiropractor until you have a solid diagnosis by a physician. Do not do exercise, stretching or having deep tissue massage until you find out exactly what is wrong with you.

can you provide more information, like your age, previous injuries, and other medical conditions?? also are you talking about both legs & feet?? do they hurt more during walking/exercise, or at rest?
this could be any number of conditions. given what you have already said i would be worried about an electrolyte abnormality, like potassium or calcium.. if you are a diabetic, you could be having something like diabetic neuropathy. if you have had an injury to your back before, or arthritis in your back you could be having sciatica or a slipped disc.. if its just problems with sleeping and lying down at night you could have restless legs..
with your symptoms it would be best to go to your doctor to help sort them out. if you are having problems with urination (losing control) then go to the emergency room right away, could be spinal cord problems.

sounds like RLS (restless leg syndrome) to me. Try putting a bar of soap (any brand) under your sheets. I have a brother and sister-in-law that swear by it. They say it helps with leg cramps.
