I want to be a priest. My only downfall is that I'm not at all religious. Can I still be one? They look like they're having such a good time.

The main attributes you will need are

Willingness to NOT practice what you preach
Private life must be totally the opposite to public life
Must turn a blind eye to fellow priests hypocrisy, and damn the accusers into a massive guilt trip so as to perpetuate the priests cause.
Join a secret society.

Thats about it really.
Good luck at the interview, I hope you do well.

You have to convince a local priest of your dedication and commitment to the Church. They open up the channels for you and you then go and do a degree in theosophy for a few years then you get your own pad. You might have trouble being not at all religious, I didn't become a pirate being not all piratey now did I?

You can officially start your own religion in some places if you can get 12 or more followers. Thats a bit like a priest and you could make up your religion to suit yourself.

if you make your own religion you can be a priest of it....if you don't want to create a religion you are welcome to be a priest of my religion...you'll be the priest of holy baboon who is suffering from amnesia and doesn't know he is a god
