On what? There's much to learn within Buddhism. Here contemplate this, which is called the 4 Noble Truths:

1. everything causes suffering
2. the suffering is caused due to attachments and aversions to things we wrongfully perceive as being "good" or "bad" (respectively)
3. there is such a thing called freedom from suffering or "Nirvana"
4. the prescription for this freedom is the Path of Liberation

Once you combine those 4 concepts with the fact that all things are impermanent, subject to change and this life is precious little time to get much done... and you realize that and put yourself to work on stepping along the Path of Liberation in some way that works for you... you'll be doing yourself and all sentient beings a great kindness.
