running will get ur stomach flat.. and like doin sit ups with get ur abs, and push ups will get ur arms like skinner but musculer, do 10 push ups 20 sit ups and run a mile a day.. drink gaterade after the run, do that daily for 2 weeks ull b good. dont eat fast food, or pizza, u kno, be smart, eat ur bannanas, eat apples, eat like stuff with out much calories, but stuff with like carbohydrates..so u still have energy.. good luck!

I like the South Beach diet. I lost 30 pounds starting in 2003. In the first 2 weeks, I lost 10 pounds, and the other 20 took about 8 months, because I cheated a bit. But it has really shown me how to eat right and I've kept it off for almost 4 years!

Take it from me, the queen of diets, there are plenty of ways to lose weight fast but it never stays off. The only way to successfully lose weight and keep it off is to figure out an eating/exercise routine that you can stick with forever. Don't to anything drastic because you'll never stick to it. For example: lets say you are an average (lazy) American. First start exercising a couple times a week and cut out fast food as often as possible. Once you stop losing weight, up the exercise and try to do something new to improve your diet (ie: portioning, cut sweets, etc.) Just keep it up and you'll never have to worry about your weight again. (now if only i can listen to my own advice!!)

try slimfast, if you go to their website the have like 3 different plans now and the drinks aren't that bad I like to powder best because it has the most flavor the only downside is it stays chunky in the milk sometimes, the pre-made drinks are ok to they just taste a bit different thats all and the snack bars are great they taste like an actual friggin' candybar......this will work as long as you follow their plan, even if you don't want to buy the products you should still check out the site they have some great low cal recipes/meal plans and they have other useful tools for you too, the best part is the website is free to use/join.......goodluck...I also want to add if you don't have one a stability ball is a good purchase you can find them at almost any dept. store that has a sports dept..............

Weight training is the best way, find a professional trainer to help you do it right so you don't hurt your body. Once they show you a few times, you can do it on your own. I had the best success with weight machines for women, at women's gyms. Good luck!

Portion control when you eat...execise five to six times a week, combining cardio with strength training. Basic idea is to burn more than you take in. Also, try to eat five to six small meals a day; that will increase your metabolism and help you burn more calories.
