I used to just have them over my liver on my right, but now they're also over my left tummy area. I'm 54 years old. My dermatologist said he doesn't think they're anything to worry about. When he gets them, he has his nurse zap them electrolically.

I have no idea what the red dots mean. However, you seem unsatisfied with your dermatologist's answer. I suggest you get a second doctor to look at the dots. Remember, it's your right as a consumer (and that's what you are) to get service that addresses your concerns. Good luck!
