It sounds like they want to spend more time with you.

If you're ignoring your parents, or giving them attitude, or if you're just being rude... they're not going to let you do the things you want.

Give them respect, spend more time with them, and your parents will definately cut you some slack.

Not knowing your circumstances, I can't tell you how your parents feel about you. I'm sorry you feel ignored. But what you can do to help yourself resolve this problem is to perhaps join a club or two at school. You'll make friends and socialize, you'll boost your esteem, it will keep you out of the house some, all kinds of good things.
As for your relationship with your parents, I know it's difficult to open up. I think you all should go to family counseling, but you and/or your parents might disagree with that. It takes a lot to humble oneself and admit he/she needs help. If counseling isn't an option (at least say something to them about it, show some interest concerning the obvious lack of communication between you all), but if counseling isn't an option, you could try to respect them as your parents, who really are working a lot harder than you realize to provide for you the best they know how to do, and they've committed themselves to that from before you were even born. It's not an easy job. So, YOU initiate communication with them and show some interest in them and their lives and share your real self with them. I know you're under rules, but considering those rules, you are in charge of you, meaning how you choose to think and act. So... if you do things that make you feel good about yourself, including doing your own part to try to have a good relationship with your parents, it might help them to start showing you more often the sides of them that really love you. Good Luck.

Go and keep talking their ear off. I used to do that to my mom when she said I didn't pay attention to her. Just go talk to them. When they are on the john talk to them while standing out the bathroom. It'll get them annoyed enough not to want you around so much.

But here's the rational idea: talk to them explain your side and listen and understand their side.

they don't hate you... its just they feel like they don't know you... your growing....

good luck

You tell them THEY are the ones ignoring you, not the other way around. Maybe they don't realize they're ignoring you.
