Using my imagination as you encouraged I'd say that a person as that is :
Semi ~ ~ meaning that they are trying and opening themselves to seek enlightenment, so that would be a good thing.
Semi-enlightened ~ ~ That they are on their way to fuller enlightenment.
Misfit ~ ~ That they are not the ' mainstream ' and that's o.k. In my mind a misfit simply means to be a person who misses out of fitting into the mainstream or 'norm' . . . that they 'color outside the lines', ' think outside the box ' . . . Traits that a person really needs to 'see' enlightenment.
Imaginative enough?
