Do what you did when ur hair is partly wet. Try using like a curl activating cream or something like that to hold it all together. It works i promise. I use a Anti Frizz creme myself. It's by V05.

I have the same type of hair, i can even hit my hair with a curling iron and barely get a wave out of it... when i want to do the scrunch look I towl my hair mostly dry then get a good size glob of curl activating mouse and scrunch it through all my hair... then I get my hair dryer and put the diffuser attachment to it and then take sections and scrunch them to my head then put the dryer on them to dry them quickly.... its time consuming but it works... do me a favor give it a try before you write me off ....

If you have no natural curl or wave to your hair, it's unlikely that scrunching it will add any...at least for any length of time. You could try Aussie Sprunch Spray (in the purple bottle) and see what happens. I have wavy hair and it works great on me! If you want waves or curls, you'll probably have to get a perm or use hot rollers/curling irons.

Good luck! :)

Well i am afraid to tell you this but you kind of have to have the right type of hair to do it...
If you have really thick hair its going to wiegh it back down undoing the "scrunching"
You can tell if you have the right type of hair if after your hair is wet it is KIND of curly or like wavy...
if you can determine that then you can also get products that help the "curl" stay in longer.
this is mine:
I have thinish hair...
its curlyish after i towel dry it...
i put gel/special scrunching stuff (try bed head their products are up-to-date)
and dont bow dry it.
i hope this helps♥

FX Curl Booster scrunching spray is the best! You can get it at Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVS

well wut you need to do is spray your hair so that it is damp, not totally wet. (dry it with a paper towel when you get out of the shower. then take some gel or body volumizer and rum it in your hands and in between you fingers. take your hair in your hands and just ssqueeze it like cray! i have really striaht hair too, and it's hard to get it to hold a curl. you could try that method or you could crimp it with a crimping iron and then shake your head upside down. this will give it the same effect. good luck!

first tip you head up side down and add a volumizer , then tip your head straight forward again and use a gel that is made for scrunching ( i like Redkends... Rewind) tip it upside down again and add somemore. Dont use too much tho it might look greasy if u do.

sorry, but maybe you should try a crimper and then moouse and gel.or you can buy soft curl cream by Garnier Fruitis then scrunch hair and hair spray with special hair spray by herbal essances for curly hair.

did u use any gel or anything? that would help it keep some of its shape. you'd probably be best off putting it in rollers at night if you want it to be curly, though.
