I bought a dark brown leather sofa a couple months ago. Since then, I have moved into a new place and can not find the matching loveseat! What kind of couch can I match with this brown leather sofa??

First of all, what design is your leather couch? Does it have a modern feel to it, a ranch-like feel to it, or is it more a French Provincial era of furniture??? Contemporary? Art-Deco? Knowing this would help.

And you don't really have to match it with another couch. Look underneath the couch for the manufacturer's label. More than likely, you'll be able to come up with some contact info. Then, you may still be able to get another couch.... if you still want one.

As I said, you don't have to use a couch. You can use other ideas. Here are a few things you could couple it with:

a) 2 easy chairs
b) an easy chair and a rocking chair
c) a rocking chair and an oversize armchair
d) 2 oversize armchairs
e) a contemorary large ottoman
f) an easy chair and an ottoman
g) a rocking chair and an ottoman
h) an oversize armchair and an ottoman

Have fun. Go to a furniture store you really like and see what moves you to say, wow, this would look great with my couch!

Keep in mind that you can use lots of different types of patterened material with leather. You can even use 2 different patterns on 2 different chairs... so long as you stay in the same color scheme.... and it's a good idea not to use more than 3 colors in the color scheme... so the couch is your first color... take it from there!

Most of all, make your room a place where you really enjoy being and feel comfortable!

Don't get another couch, get two very oversized comfortable chairs. The dark brown will go with a lot, good choice; tan, blue, terracotta, beige, and much more. I suggest a print, since you have a plain brown on the couch. There are many great prints out there that you could bring the brown into play and then add some great thow pillows.
