You don't, for which you should be thankful - otherwise the whole world would have access to your medical records.

If you want them, you'll have to go to the service provider with the approximate date of service, and ask for a copy.

There is no oone public database of medical records. Even medical professionals are hard pressed to get all your background info in one place (hence the million questions every visit). Your best bet is to do what we are told to do in the military. Make personal copies from your healthcare provider and start a personal file. Any hospital you have been in can copy records for you on request for a fee...

There is no place on line to obtain them. You can hire a copy service whom if provided a medical release of medical records form signed and notarized can obtain these records for you from various doctors and hospitals which saves you the leg work. You just have to give them the names and addresses of the hospitals and doctors where you had received treatment.

You can not find your info online however if you call your primary physician and ask to print your medical records they will usually do it for $50-100 up to 5 years of records!

In the US you don't . Heck.. you can't even get your OWN records directly from a Doctor let alone on line.

Might be different in the UK or Canada tho.. can't say that for sure.

you don't. medical records are generally kept in paper form at the dr. or hospital where you've been treated.
