What would cause these GI symptoms?

Excessive and SMELLY (smells like feces) purbs
nausea
burning sensation in the pit of the stomach sometimes a sharp stabbing pain.
diarreah?

intermittant fever and chills

sounds like heartburn and diarrhea
try some pepcid ac or gax...x
