In September I started liking this guy and he and I became kinda friends. He was nice, sweet, and funny. So my friend asked him out that month. He said no. But then he told me he felt akward talking to my friend. It has been 5 months, and i still like him and we r still friends. Then his ex gf. told me she broke up because he never talks to her in class or like ANYWHERE, yet he talks to me all the time, though this other guy (i have no idea why) tells him to quit but he keeps going anyway. I wanna ask again but i'm not sure. What do u think? And please tell u would actually do yourself.

if he didnt talk to his exgirlfriend and he doesnt want to talk to some other girl that likes him but he talks to you, it sounds like he sees you as a friend, not a love interest. i would leave it as it is versus asking him out then he feels awkward talking to you too. sorry

I would continue coming to know him as a friend and disregard what the other girl told me. That was her. This is you. By staying friends with him for a while, you remain neutral to learn for yourself what type of person he really is and whether or not it would be in your best interest to pursue a more intimate relationship with him. Observe his behavior though. If he has bad habits, he wont change them for you.

look girl first off if your friend knew u liked him then she ain't no friend ok back to the boy thing do what u feel right in your heart ask him or live the rest of your life wondering what would of happen... but first remember friends like that don't come every day is it worth taking the chance of mess up your friendship over.. so think about that if u choose to ask him.good luck girl..

If you feel you know him and you work well together, do it. Only you can answer this question you've asked though. Don't compare too much to old relationships. It's a different combination of people and you two might just be the right one.

Well first of all cookie, I hope you and that "friend" aren't friends anymore, to do something like that is just totally disrespectful to your friendship. With him, let him ask you out.....though he does talk to you all the time, you guys are still friends people act different when they go out whether they are friends or not.....Maybe he has changed or maybe he just didn't like her enough...if it's been five months and you guys that comfortability ask him about it but do it in a hypothetical way or be a woman about it.....or let him be a man about let him say something.....if you're the first one to make the move....then you're going to be the one making all the moves....I don't work for guys attention and I don't ask them out either they like me enough to ask me or I move on, but that's just me. But you and I are too many people. So.....I hope you take my advice. Good luck sweetie!

You asked him, he turned you down. Even though you asked through a friend you have already put yourself out there. Now if he really likes you he should put himself out there. Let him ask you out this time if he's interested enough he will.

i think you should ask this guy out, he is nice, sweet, and funny, and youve been waiting so long, do what your heart tells you, and you'll go far. ps....if he says no if you do ask him out, you 2 could still be good friends

This open door isnt going to be open for too long.
Rush thru and quickly before it closes. Ask him, express your interest and go for it!!

I would ask the guy! If you let it go any further just being friends, its going to make it even more awkward. Its better for you to ask, and know what would happen, than to live forever wondering what if????

He obviously likes you. Just ask him out. If you're scared, do it via text message.
