My Personal Favorite sandwich is peanut butter and banana, with potato chips! but to meet your needs..........

Ingredients
Bread (2 pieces NOT WONDER BREAD!!!!!!!! or any other nasty plastic bag crap!)
butter
deli sliced turkey
Feta (cheese)
Mozzarella (cheese)
lettuce
Tomatoes *optional*
basil *optional* BUT I WOULD RECOMMEND IT

Assembly

1. butter bread
2. liberally add cheese and turkey and place other piece of bead on top
3. put cheese and meat sandwich under broiler until cheese is melted and bread is slightly toasted
**if you do not have a broiler then toast bread before buttering and microwave sandwich untill cheese is melted
4. add lettuce *and tomatoes*
5. enjoy one heck of a sandwitch!

A cheddar cheese sandwich loaded with corned beef. If you put it open faced in the oven for a few minutes, it is even better.
