It's not rape, that devalues the word. Rape is a physical act, what the woman did would of course be wrong and immoral but it is an entirely different thing from rape.

I'm not sure if that could be called male rape. Rape is described as having sexual intercourse against your will as far as I know but not an expert. It is a common trap though and hardly fair in my opinion. The relationship should be built on trust and if a partner is prepared to do that in order to trap you then how are you supposed to trust her? It does take two to tango and if there is ever any doubts at all then you should also consider using your own precautions but if it's a long term relationship and she is already taking the pill then why would you ever think of needing anything else? Sounds like a nasty trick to me. Clock ticking or not. It's something you discuss with your partner. Not something you just trap them into. Pretty low but not sure you could call it male rape. Being taken hook, line and sinker is perhaps a more appropriate way of describing it.

Its not rape. Rape is often an act of violence and voilation. It is possible to rape a male, but more often an act commited by other men.
What she has done is not rape, but a trick that thousands have pulled before and thousands will pull again.
No contraception is 100% safe and whenever you have sex you have to know that you are always taking a risk.
Although you maynot have entered into an agreement to have a baby, there is still a baby on the way and you have to decide if you are going to be a stand up guy and step up to the plate, bringing up this baby, or if you are going to walk, I think once you are over the shock you will soon accept the inevitable.
However if she has done this knowingly you will have some major trust issues to overcome in your relationship.
I wish you both all the best for the future.

No it is not male rape but to be honest the fact that she tricked you into this would be enough to make me want out. Most sensible people would talk about this before it happens. Maybe go for counselling if you want the relationship to last.

No. It cannot be described as MALE RAPE. In fact... what I think happened was a consensual sex... so you can't sue her for RAPE. Maybe you can get out of it if you consider suing her for deceitful behavior (I doubt that also). The best that you can do is offer child support and FORGET to marry her... But if you don't hate her that much... why not try to marry her? Afraid of marriage?

male rape is when a man is forced to have sex without consent and or against the mans will by another man or women
contrary to popular belief women can rape men it is just extremely rare, there has been one reported case where 3 women tied a man up and had sex with him against his will, law and order svu parodied this case with 3 women raping a male stripper.
