I'm not sure if that could be called male rape. Rape is described as having sexual intercourse against your will as far as I know but not an expert. It is a common trap though and hardly fair in my opinion. The relationship should be built on trust and if a partner is prepared to do that in order to trap you then how are you supposed to trust her? It does take two to tango and if there is ever any doubts at all then you should also consider using your own precautions but if it's a long term relationship and she is already taking the pill then why would you ever think of needing anything else? Sounds like a nasty trick to me. Clock ticking or not. It's something you discuss with your partner. Not something you just trap them into. Pretty low but not sure you could call it male rape. Being taken hook, line and sinker is perhaps a more appropriate way of describing it.

You were tricked, but this does not fall under the category of Male rape. Rape involves having sex against your will. Any judge will hold you responsible, because anytime two people have sex their is a risk of getting pregnant. You say that she is 32 and knows better; I'd ask yourself the same question.

Just work out whether you love her enough to spend the rest of your life together and be the father the baby will need.
If you can't do that get out of the way, being resentful isn't going to do anyone any good.
Rape is when you are forced into having sex against your will, with men it is usually associated with an attack by another man rather than a woman.
Talk to a lawyer, but I don't think you can describe this as rape, but it might still constitute a form of assault depending on the circumstances.
e.g. If you had asked her if she was still on contraception and she lied.

Unless she forced you to take a broomhandle up the back door in the process, you were not raped.
What she did was pretty sorry though, I'll agree there. I keep tellin my nephews, doesn't matter if she's on the pill, YOU WRAP IT ANYWAY. Not the first time a woman has "oopsed" a guy. Anyway, you're screwed now. Whether you stick with her or run, unless she decides to give the baby up or have an abortion, you will be responsable for child support until that kid is 18. So, in the future, pill or not, wrap your johnson.

No, hon. This isn't a form of male rape. It is, however, an entrapment and it was wrong for her to do this.
I feel sorry for you, for her, and most of all, for the baby that's to come. What a mess.
When will people learn that getting pregnant in this way is wrong?
Children need to come into the world where they are wanted by both parents, not just one of them. It must always be a mutual decision.

It is not rape. rape is where one of the two persons involved is force into the sex act or sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against the will or with a person who is beneath a certain age or incapable of valid consent . in this case it is more of a failure to comunicate. Honestly if you were concerened with the possiblity of her getting pregnant, you should of used a condom as a back up messure. now that she is pregnant, there isnt much you can do if the child is yours other then marry her, pay child support, or fight for full custody of the child if you dont want to be with her.

"How can you figure out if what happened was rape?
There are three main considerations in judging whether or not a sexual act is consensual (which means that both people are old enough to consent, have the capacity to consent, and agreed to the sexual contact) or is a crime.
Are the participants old enough to consent?
Each state sets an "age of consent," which is the minimum age someone must be to have sex. People below this age are considered children and cannot legally agree to have sex. In other words, even if the child or teenager says yes, the law says no.
In most states, the age of consent is 16 or 18. In some states, the age of consent varies according to the age difference between the participants. Generally, "I thought she was 18" is not considered a legal excuse — it's up to you to make sure your partner is old enough to legally take part.
Do both people have the capacity to consent?
States also define who has the mental and legal capacity to consent. Those with diminished capacity — for example, some people with disabilities, some elderly people, and people who have been drugged or are unconscious — may not have the legal ability to agree to having sex.
Did both participants agree to take part?
Did someone use physical force to make you have sexual contact with him/her? Has someone threatened you to make you have intercourse with them? If so, it is rape.
It doesn't matter if you think your partner means yes, or if you've already started having sex. "No" also means "Stop." If you proceed despite your partner's expressed instruction to stop, you have not only violated basic codes of morality and decency, you may have also committed a crime under the laws of your state (check your state's laws for specifics). Not always "Get pregnant"
Usually a male rape is when he is drugged by a female/male then taken advantage of. Or he could be tyed up.
The major thing is he has sex against his will, thats rape.

No it isn't rape. Rape is when you are forced to have sex against your will. She didn't inform you that she came off the pill which is not a crime. Usually male rape is done most often in male prisons by another man I imagine.

In the philisophical sense, YES. I do not know the legal ramifications of her actions though. All I know is that it is morally wrong. I honestly believe that this should be a punishable act, and the biological father should not have to pay child support. I am not saying that he should not be part of the child's life. All I am saying is that the woman made the decision herself to have the kid.
If the situation was reversed, the woman has the option of abortion. But in this scenerio, the male has no option. He is at her mercy.
IT'S A HORRIBLE SITUATION.
