I had a great guy friend in high school, we are 3 years apart. I havent seen him or talked to him in almost 10 years and through a friend of his gave him my email. it's been about 2 weeks, and his friend said he gave it to him, but I have not hurd anything. I get butterflies everytime I think about him, but does him not emailing me mean that he dosent want to talk to me or is he just nurvous?
I know he's not married or in a relationship so that's not a part of it...

his friend that gave him my email said he would give me his number if I havent hurd from him, but I dont know.... it could be old feelings starting to boil again, but I have never really got him out of my head.

I would bet he does...however, he might not feel worthy to, if that makes any sense.

Well if he wants to talk to you you'll know because you wouldn't have had to ask this question....it was high school and since it has been so long I'm really not sure why you still feel that way...maybe it's because you still care for him or maybe it's old feelings making their way back into your heart. If he wanted to talk to you he would have wrote you an email the second he got it.....maybe his friend just didn't give it to him...or maybe he's finding it hard to grasp that you still remember him from the old days. Just because he's not in a relationship doesn't mean he doesn't have his eye on someone else.....people change...maybe he has...so if he does or if he doesn't contact you just don't have too high expectations. Because you may have feelings for the old him...but I'm sure you both have changed since high school. Make sure that's what you want....maybe God's giving you a way out because this could be one of the worst mistakes of your life...if nothing happened in high school there was a reason for that...now that you guys are older I don't really see what's different. why dont you email him. hes probably just nervous.and what would it hurt if you contacted him first just to say hi and what you been up to.
