I don't think would be pleased; and I would ask then to speak to the manager about the incident.

I would report them to the manager and then tell the manager that you intend to take your business elsewhere. The customer is always right. But more so than that, the clerk was unprofessional and the manager needs to know how you were treated. You can bet that other customers are getting treated the same way and if no body complains, then the management may not be aware of the problem

I would be damn mad! I would call the home office or get on the
main web site and make a complaint about the clerk and the fact that they would not honor a coupon that was mailed to you. The
clerk was unprofessional and rude. The company should know
that their employees are losing business for them with bad
business conduct.

That is bad as going to Pizza Hut and driving down the road almost home eating the pizza and eat dough instead of pizza.
I went home and reported it on the internet and they sent me a free pizza coupon to get a free pizza.
Get on the internet and report it on the coupon label address.

Get the corporate number and make a complaint about the clerk and be sure to include the day. They will take care of you!

I agree, ask for the manager, then tell the manager what was said. It needs to be addressed right at that moment. It would make me really angry, probably to the point that I would want to go to the store and contront the guy in person, along with the manager.

I'd never give them my business again. Also, ask to talk to the manager and complain about what the employee did. Then tell them I'd pass the word that their employees were rude. And proceed to do just that. By the way - If you don't like rude employees, the Best Buy in Matteson has some of the rudest.

I would ask to speak to the manager, and let the manager know you heard everything. Demand a free pizza as compensation.

I wouldn't waste my time getting angry....but I certainly would get my pizza's somewhere else....and then everytime you do....mail the receipt to the owner....and explain this is what his company missed out on making because of his rude employee's....I would mail the receipt's for some time....but don't waste your energy getting mad...put your energy in something that can actually make a difference. I hope you got his name....

I would be pissed and not order the pizza from then and then I would also ask to speak to the manager. That is un-professional behavior.

Yeah, that kinda sucks. But I try to be patient with service industry people. I know how much those jobs suck. If they're extra testy, it's probably because they've been abused by people who think they can take out their aggression on service industry people because they can't say anything back. And they aren't paid a livable wage. So yeah, it sucks, but I just try to remind myself of that and move on.
