You should talk to him more before u tell him u like him. Why?
cuz if someone u didn't really know asked u out wouldn't that be awkward? so talk to him more! and bc he likes you , there is nothing to lose.

What I would do about this is, I would stare back a little but not like a creep stare but a "hey whats up" stare. If he does like you he'll give you a little signal that he's sorta interested. If he just sorta looks away like it was just a quick glance, then i wouldn't worry about it too much.

Personally, even when I think he likes me or whether I know he does, I hate when people look at me...I mean I know I'm hot but gosh.lol. Yah babe he probably does like you, or maybe he just thinks that you're really attractive. If you like him and he likes you then he'll make the first move. Like anyone would do when they want something. If he doesn't you'll find someone better and hotter, who'll treat you like the princess you deserve sweetie. Good luck babe!

most guys will not look at girls if there's something wrong with them so if he's staring at you I would take that as a sign that he likes you

most likely he likes you if your 11 and you have a crush on him too than you are just like me. And if you really like him come out and ask how he feels. Most people say thaNKS to things like that but I have to say I thank you, your question really made me think about taking my own advice.

Make sure you only talk to him when his friends are not around because he will act nice when he is by himself but he may not act the same when he is around his friends.
