Have you switched food and that is why he has stopped eating? If not, it can be a symptom of something more serious and you should take him to a vet.
In the meantime, cook some chicken and rice and mix it together. It should entice the dog enough to eat, or try to feed the dog some wet food.

You need to figure out why he isn't eating. He could be ill....or you could be feeding him too many treats during the day....or he could dislike his food. Sometimes when they aren't feeling well they won't eat for a day or two, but anything longer than that, I'd be concerned.
If you have been giving him raw hide stop that as well. If he has swallowed a large chunk of it, it's probably still in his stomach or intestines trying to digest so he won't feel like eating.
Other than that, try changing his food & stop the treats & see what happens. Make sure he is still drinking plenty of water.

Dogs like humans will eat when hungry and if not then they are probably sick.
Rather than force food onto your dog take him to a vet and find out first of all why isn't he eating.
Dogs will not starve themselves to death so something else must be wrong.

He could be stressed. Try taking him for a few walks every day to make him feel better.

Make it more interesting for him. How about adding a bit of beef or chicken broth?
