It doesn't matter if you still love her or not. You lied to her and went out with two of her best friends, so you're not trustworthy and she should not take you back. You're a jerk.

It is impossible to prove that. Mainly because you have so convincingly proven to her that you not only don't love her but that you also actively disrespect her and her feelings. Forget it.
