I have been so lazy and haven't worked out at all for months now, but as I don't eat much my weight seems to stay the same.
How often do you workout, say in a week?

well i work out 5 times a week. dont go on saturday and sunday.... those are my days off.

well for christmas i got an exercise bike because i want to get fit this year, and lose some weight, i dont really like going to the gym so i thought i would do it at home on my bike, and since the start of this new year i have tryed to do at lest 20 minutes everyday unless i dont get time which i have missed the last few days but tommorow i will be back to my routing, sunday was my mum's birthday so i got a bit out of rountine, but come tommorow im not giving up until i lose 4 stone, promise

I workout 5 times per week for an hour each session. I really work up a sweat and push myself so sometimes I only go 4 times per week.

Most weeks, I work weights about 3 days a week. Unless I'm on the road, and then I try to find a motel that has a weight room.

I last worked out about 20 months ago. I don't really exercise either. I just eat fruits and cheese though for the most part and one proper meal a day so I am not growing fatter.

As a scaffolder I don't have the time nor the need to attend such a venue. Just for sake of arguments I'd say twice a week. i know someone on skype who'll know jetlover2.

if u hav an active partner that can be your workout , otherwise ,3 to 5 times in the gym

I work out for practically 1.5 hours every day. On my good days, 2.

I don't do it all at one time, though. I do it throughout the day.

I probably get to work out a lot though, only because I have lots 'o time on my hands.

I don't work out in a gym I find it boring

I take the stairs, go for walks and play volleyball
