I'm not trying to go after the other girls. I just want to know. I am a really nice person with a good personality. But I'm average in size and not so many guys like me.

I think it's because their small size makes them feel manlier. Guys may also go after the popular girl in the crowd.
Example: Michael Jackson + Lisa Marie Presley
Miky only wanted Lisa Marie, i think, because he's the "Prince of Pop" and Lisa Marie's the daughter of the "King of Rock and Roll." Thus, any kind of relationship would recieve a name like "The King and Queen of Music" and stuff. They're broken up now, thankfully.

I hate extremely skinny girls, I find it disgusting and repulsive. My girlfriend is a normal size which is extremely attractive to me and I have told her I don't want her extremely skinny as I think it is very unhealthy. What's the point of going after a girl that's that skinny with a horrible personality, you will love the personality 10 times longer than you will love anyone's body. We all age remember!

thats because most guys are shallow and when there out with there friends there just showing the skinny girls off personally i go for personality only and i find skinny girls unnatractive i like a girl between size 10 and 12 skinny girls are a turn off yousound like my perfect woman/girl hope i helped you are proberly better than all thos skinny ones :)

I prefer an intelligent, conversationalist with great personality. Also, I like a little meat upon the bones, no skinny minnies for me.

The guys who like REALLY skinny girls (very underweight - like Nicole Richie) are probably trying to boost their self esteem by feeling "bigger" and more manly compared to the girl.
The general public reacts to the media. If it is cool for celebrity girls to be anorexic, and celebrity guys to like them, then normal girls try to be anorexic and normal guys are interested.
Trust me, when these guys grow up more they will get out of this phase.

cause some guys are shallow and like to torture themselves by hanging out with whiney, self centered little girls that don't know how to give a steak dinner hell.
Make sure you are tapping into all the different kinds of guys out there, not just the stud muffins w/ the low IQs.

Because that is what the media spoon-feeds guys to believe that they want. Believe it or not, alot of men that want a woman with some meat on her bones and someone who is warm, friendly and smart.

I dont know, maybe the guys will grow out of it. My girl is skinny as all hell, but she has a great personality.

i like medium girls not twigs but not fat chicks neither.
specially athletic girls wit nice legs. I like girls that are not over or under weight
im kind of shallow, i dont go out with ugly girls.
but i dont go out with bitchy good looking girls either.
